About ‘every good morning’

This blog has been written in order to share my journey towards ultimate happiness. At present, I suffer from low self-esteem, anxiety and sometimes this leads to depression.

I currently see a CBT therapist and am learning new ways of coping, learning to challenge unhelpful thinking and developing my self-esteem in baby steps. Some days there are back steps but some days I take a giant leap and find myself in a very good place. I live for those days.

Mental health is not talked about enough, but together, we can support one another in our own journeys to find true happiness and contentment.
